We provide training!
From mechatronics engineering to "cooperative education" programmes (where students combine university studies with on-the-job training).
As Europe's largest competence centre for railway technology, DB Systemtechnik is the engineering office of DB AG. We operate not only within German Rail, but also increasingly on the worldwide railway market. 600 employees work in five specialist departments and 18 integrated test centres on behalf of our customers at home and abroad.
Besides communication of technical and practical skills, acquisition of service, social and method competencies such as entrepreneurial thinking, customer orientation, self-reliance and team spirit are central components of the training we provide. Thus, for example, all vocational trainees take part in a one-week outdoor training course to be able to experience a sense of responsibility and working in a team. We are generally distinguished by a high rate of transfer to salaried employment and, even after your training, we will offer you good prospects for your further professional development.
We look for employees who will work with us to continue our history of success. We offer diverse, challenging work for people who want to make a difference.
We provide training in the following professions:
- Mechatronics technician
